How clients of Stack Wealth can raise a grievance, the timelines we work to, and the regulatory escalation paths available under SEBI’s grievance redressal framework.

Our commitment

Every client concern is taken seriously. If any aspect of our advisory services, platform, or billing falls short of what you expected, we want to hear about it — and we are committed to resolving it transparently, within defined timelines, and at no cost to you.

Clients may raise a grievance in writing to tushar@stackwealth.in or support@stackwealth.in, by phone on +91 88848 87900, or through the Stack Wealth app. Grievances may relate to the quality of investment advice, delays in service delivery or response times, platform or access issues, billing and payment disputes, or any other service-related matter.

Timelines we work to

48 hoursAcknowledgement of every grievance received, on business days.
7 working daysResolution target for standard grievances at the first level.
21 daysOuter limit for redressal of any grievance from the date of its receipt, as per SEBI norms.

Escalation matrix

If a response at any level does not resolve your concern, escalate to the next. Working hours for all levels: 9:30 AM to 5:30 PM (business days).

If you are not satisfied with our resolution

SEBI SCORES 2.0: Lodge a complaint on SEBI’s centralised, web-based grievance redressal system at scores.sebi.gov.in or through the SCORES mobile application. Complaints against an investment adviser undergo a two-level review — the first by the designated body (IAASB), the second by SEBI.
SMART ODR: If you remain dissatisfied with the outcome on SCORES, you may initiate Online Dispute Resolution — online conciliation and/or online arbitration — through the SMART ODR portal at smartodr.in, in accordance with SEBI’s ODR circular dated July 31, 2023.

Records and disclosure

We maintain a register of all grievances received and their resolution status, and report to SEBI/BASL as required. The status of investor complaints is disclosed monthly on our Investor Charter – Annexure B page. This policy is reviewed periodically and updated for any regulatory changes; the escalation matrix on this page is kept current at all times.
